Fantastic staycation. Our family truly enjoyed the gym & swimming pool. The wellness and leisure facilities are well maintained with new upgrades especially the playground and umbrellas. Other facilities like prayer rooms, baby changing set, drinking water and etc really impressed us on the cleanliness. Great hospitality upon check in & out. Rooms are satisfactory in sizes, comfortable with quality amenities. The food and drink menus are fair and affordable. Great breakfast buffet selections and the hi tea as well, excellent. The restaurant and bar staff are cheerful and attentive. They are good in product knowledge and thank you so much on the ideas on tourism spots. Very organized hotel with great maintenance and cleanliness.

The cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel are good. Great hospitality from the front desk upon check in. The rooms are comfortabvle. WIFI and room amenities are good. The bathroom and shower in very good condition. Air-conditioning is superb with cooling temperature. Restaurant & bar service are excellent with well trained staff - very professional and knowleageble. Dining experience is good with great breakfast buffet and ala-carte menus. The bar is great with live sports channels with great ambience. Beers are affordable. Public health is good with sanitizers placed at counters. Swimming pool and gym as well, clean and in very good condition. Friendly recreation staff and active in taking care of the children at the pool.

Very new and trendy hotel.Smooth Check in. The Maintenace and cleanliness are good. Facilities Like gym, swimming pool and bar are very well taken care of. Rooms are clean and cozy with great wifi. The bathroom and shower are clean. Good eco friendly ameniities. Great breakfast buffet. Food Outlets Staff are very helpful and professional. Security team are friendly.

Great place to stay. The hotel is strategically in Malacca center. Easy access to Jonker Walk. The family room is spacious, clean, comfortable with great pillows! Room and bathroom maintenance are new and amazed with the water strength level. Good amenities and wifi. The restaurant and bar service are excellent with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good menus and buffet breakfast spreads. The prices are value for money. Swimming pool maintenance are great after the children playground been renovated. Very clean pool water and surely the recreation staff doing a good job. Lobby entrance and public toilets are very well maintained especially on the cleanliness and maintenance!

Modern and trendy hotel. Rooms are clean, comfortable and nice view. Good breakfast buffet. Love the food and fair in prices. Great facilities like meeting rooms and hall. The banquet team are very responsive and helpful. The WIFI strength is satisfactory! Very convenient for small scale events. Good for family trip too as they have big spacious swimming pool for children. The hotel is very well maintained & clean. Overall, worth the money. Thumbs up on the cleanliness and maintenance on the hotel building.
